How To Not Lose Your Sh*t workshop

This workshop will give you ways to harness the power of your nervous system to bring some chill to any situation. You know that super blissed out and relaxed “yoga high” you get after class? Catherine will give you ways to access and bring that feeling with you into your everyday life. Learn how your nervous system reacts to stress, the basics of emotional regulation and polyvagal theory. You will walk away with specific somatic (aka – in the body), mindfulness, and yoga practices that increase your emotional resilience…and lessen the likelihood you’re going to lose your sh*t when things get hard.

Attendees will receive four audio recordings of some short, guided practices taught at the workshop so they can practice with them at home.

Wim Hof Workshop

Check back soon for our Reschedule Date in Spring 2024.

Breathwork, how to and theory, and optional ice bath with guest Wim Hof Instructor, Aaron Dobiez.

Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.

It’s not all about the time you spend in the ice. It’s all about the breath and mindset techniques!

We have hosted @stpetepranayama, Aaron Dobies, a certified Wim Hof Instructor for multiple years and all levels of people joined - those curious about the “hype” of the breath and ice baths, the dabblers, and even some aficionados who have experienced the magical transformation of these techniques and wanted to practice deepening their skills — some even drove 2 hours!

This is an entry-level workshop intended for beginners and curious newcomers. All facets of the Wim Hof Method will be covered. You find out how oxygen and cold put beneficial stresses on your body, learn how the mind can be controlled, and practice the breathing protocol and ice bath.
