Aurora Flow: Burn + Breathe

Our Burn + Breathe Class with Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) lights and a fun music playlist!  🎵 🎇

This class combines challenging power vinyasa and guided meditation with an emphasis on mindful transitions. The class will start and end with guided meditation. Power vinyasa for all levels.

You can expect “burn-so-good” repetitions in poses, and a deep focus on breathing to tap into the determination and desire in ALL of us. You’ll leave feeling a balance of deep-rooted power and calm. What’s better than the usual savasana? … A savasana plus guided meditation to bring even MORE of the benefits of yoga off of your mat!

Lights and heat: This class includes beautiful aurora borealis lights that flicker and move on the walls and ceilings. This class is gently heated with gentle infrared heat (less than power vinyasa class).


Candlelight Reset

Our toned-down Power Reset with calming candles and a message of self-care. You can expect a gentle warm-up, deep stretches on the floor, and an ommazing savasana. This class is gently heated with gentle infrared heat (less than power vinyasa class).


Candlelight Mindful Movement—No HEAT

This class is a slow flow yoga session that focuses on paying more attention to each movement and pose with breath and curiosity. It’s a chance to find yourself and your world so fascinating, for even more mindful moments in life. We start and end this class with a few minutes of guided mindfulness and/or silent meditation.


Flow, Roll, + Nidra

This class is a blend of targeted gentle vinyasa yoga with myofascial release to aid in fluid and toxin release for improved exercise recovery, and promotes hydration of essential tissues and joints in your body! It’s the perfect preparation for Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation where the student lies down to promote deep rest for the body and brain. This class is all levels.


Gentle Vinyasa

A heated gentle vinyasa warm-up and plenty of time for deep stretch postures. Combining the elements of Yin yoga with the principles, methodology, and empowering language of power yoga, this class offers ample recovery and balance to your power yoga, weight lifting, or running regimens.

This class offers even more time to settle into poses and vinyasa warm-up that is more calming and gentle than our Reset classes.

The heat level is low. In warmer days and months, we do not heat the room.


Iron Yoga

A fusion of vinyasa and weights. We’ll flow in between sets and it will be a full-body workout! Bring your own small weights (optional). This class is heated.


Power + Intention

In Power + Intention, you can expect an energizing and breath-focused power vinyasa flow, followed by a short meditation aimed at improving mindfulness. Each class will center around a yogic principle, offering students an opportunity to deepen their knowledge about the practice of yoga and to renew their intention for the practice. 

You will leave feeling empowered and encouraged to pursue mindfulness in various aspects of life.

This class is heated with infrared heat and is all-levels.


Power Reset

Looking to round out your power yoga practice with more deep stretch and muscle release? Power Reset provides a balanced class with half power yoga, then half deep stretch, and grounded postures to melt away the muscle tightness and stress. Leave feeling relaxed and renewed.


Power Beats

A Power Reset class with a music playlist.

This class is heated with infrared heat and offered in-studio only.


Power Vinyasa

This is a challenging, energizing, balanced flow incorporating strengthening, balancing, and deep stretch. Students of all levels of yoga experience are welcome; several variations are offered to help modify and intensify poses. You will be challenged and leave feeling invigorated and inspired. You’ll need a mat, towel, and water. 

This is a heated class to about 85-90 degrees using infrared heat lamps. 


Power UP

Want to learn how to up-level your postures ... but not sure how to get there?

Join us for Power UP class for an all-levels and inclusive approach to yoga poses (asanas) that seem to be impossible ... until we break them down and learn the building blocks!

A few minutes of each Power UP class will be devoted to breaking down a yoga posture, or the teacher might theme the class around a posture like crow or bird of paradise. The unique expressions of each of these poses can be for YOUR unique body and intention. 

This is still a flow practice with time set aside for an in-depth breakdown of a posture. This class is heated.


Power Yogalates

This class is a dynamic combination of basic mat Pilates and all-levels power vinyasa (flow). This class will offer a challenging and balanced focus on core strength and total body stability with a cool down to encourage increased flexibility.


Restorative Yoga—No Heat

Restorative yoga is a restful and gentle practice. It’s all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, and holding poses for a longer duration with the use of props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. 

This is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspects of yoga. Students can expect a very relaxing atmosphere to allow the body to work into the “rest and digest” mode to better heal and rejuvenate itself.

Students will learn how to utilize props to experience deeper muscle release, various breath techniques, and the use of Mudras (hand gestures) to become more present in their lives!


Yin—NO HEAT

Yin is widely considered as the OTHER HALF of vinyasa yoga.

Vinyasa mainly works your muscles. Yin works the other stuff: ligaments, fascia, and joints, for better recovery, maintenance, and healing.

You can expect a slower practice with longer holds and moderate pull/targeting of the joints, muscles, and fascia.  Energetically, you will leave feeling calmer, more centered, and with a steadier mindset to tackle your day or wind down from it.

Yogi Strength + Conditioning

This class is great for students looking to improve foundational strength and endurance as they work to grow in their power yoga practice. Students will be guided through a few pre-training targeted myofascial release (MFR) techniques to prepare for a series of bodyweight exercises and yoga postures that will promote improving strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Each week, this class will focus on specific areas of the body to help students improve their knowledge about their body’s functional movements and ways to optimize each exercise for their specific needs.

This class is heated with infrared heat. Offered in studio only.
