Celeste Hayes RYT-200

Hi, I’m Celeste. I’m originally from Kansas (forever a Chiefs fan), but my love for travel started when I spent part of my early high school years living in England. These days, I balance life as a Product Manager in the software world with my creative side — I hold a BA in Communication & Public Relations from NC State, completed a coding bootcamp at UNC Chapel Hill, and love building things, whether that’s websites, home renovation projects, or new ideas from scratch.

Life has shaped me deeply. Losing my son Vincent taught me that time is never promised, and because of that, my biggest goal is simple: to truly live. I strive to be present, to embrace the messy and beautiful moments, and to soak up life with my family — my husband Josh, our fierce little girl Valkyrie, and our new addition Vander. Around our home, you’ll also find our three wild cats, Felix, Glitch, and Turbo, keeping things interesting.

Teaching yoga gives me something I deeply value — real, face-to-face connection. As a remote worker, it grounds me, energizes me, and brings balance beyond the screen. My classes are creative, dynamic, and always evolving. I love keeping students present by breaking routine, exploring new transitions, and encouraging curiosity in movement. My favorite pose, High Crescent Lunge, reflects how I try to live: strong yet open, powerful yet fluid.
