Lenore embodies the balance of effort and ease in her teaching. You will leave feeling grounded, accomplished, and inspired. She likes to mix strength and lightness with power and ease. Teaching yoga helps Lenore create connection and build community. Did you know she currently drives all the way from north Raleigh to be a part of this powerful community!? She is committed to sharing Baptiste Yoga with like-minded power yogis. She has been training with Baptiste Yoga since 2012!
Her favorite yoga pose is triangle for the sense of grounding and awesome stretch for the legs and torso. When is she is not teaching yoga, you’ll find her running with her dog Athena or taking a cycling class.
She balances her busy schedule with a pint or pour as a self-proclaimed craft beer and wine connoisseur while musing over her life goal to own enough property to rescue and foster dogs, raise chickens, and have a pet pig. If you want to help on her future farm, she’s already taking applications for when she travels to Greece, Croatia, or Spain —the top places on her bucket list. She lives in Raleigh with Athena, a Staffordshire terrier and Tiger Lily, her cat.
Lenore graduated with her RYT-200 training at Bala Vinyasa Yoga in 2012. She has trained at Baptiste Yoga’s Level 1 (2012), Level 2 (2014), and Art of Assisting (2013).
