Power Vinyasa All Levels

Our signature class!  Offering a challenging, energizing and balanced flow, incorporating cardio, strength and a deep stretch.  We heat the room to 85-90 degrees using infrared heat lamps.  Students of all levels of yoga experience are welcome, several variations are offered to help modify and intensify poses.  You will be challenged and leave feeling invigorated and inspired.  This class is 60 minutes.  Bring a mat, towel and water.  

Strength + Stretch

This class a balance of a power yoga warm up, amble core and stability work, lots of deep stretch, and a juicy long 5-7 minute savasana. You will leave feeling alive in your core and restored throughout your whole body and being. This all-levels class is heated with infrared heat to about 85-90 degrees.

**This class is great for beginner yogis.  

Power Reset

Looking to balance your power yoga practice with deep stretch and muscle release?  New to the heat and want to ease into the heated classes experience?  Power Reset provides a heated class, preheated to 85-90 degrees, focusing on deep stretch to alleviate muscle tightness and melt away stress.  Leave feeling relaxed and renewed.

**This class is great for beginner yogis.  

Power up

Add play into your yoga practice! This all-levels class is slightly heated to 80 degrees and  focuses on building a strong foundation for inversions and arm balances -- even if you've never done them before. Learn what steps to take to build strength and confidence for poses like side crow, headstand, handstand, and more!

Power Beats

Our signature all level power yoga class with music! Students will create more fun, flow, and heat in their yoga practice. This class moves at a faster pace, so let go of doing it right and show up as you are!

We heat the room to 85-90 degrees using infrared heat lamps. You will be challenged and leave feeling invigorated and inspired. 

Power Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact and challenging total body workout for the beginner and advanced alike. The main emphasis is on core strength, while also working on flexibility, spine stability, and muscle tone.  A great compliment to your yoga practice! This class is pre-heated to 85-90 degrees using infrared heat.
